My name is Shannon. I’m currently a Computational Biology Ph.D. student in the Joint Carnegie Mellon-University of Pittsburgh program. My research thesis is Distributed Spectral Graph Methods for Analyzing Large-Scale Unstructured Biomedical Data, and I am scheduled to defend in September 2014. My advisor is Chakra Chennubhotla.
